Course Duration: 2 Full Days (4 half days)

Description:

Participants will improve their skills in leadership, management and supervision of staff. Participants will learn skills to enhance their ability to build a collaborative team culture with their staff and on job sites.

Audience:

The course is designed for construction owners, managers, estimators, and supervisors.

Online education credits:

The course is eligible for 2 CCA Gold Seal education credits and 8 BC Housing CPD credits upon completion.
