Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC), Canadian Construction Association (CCA), Canadian Design-Build Institute (CDBI), and Alberta Construction Association (ACA) documents are up-to-date and easy to understand.

These documents provide uniformity and standardization for bidding and contracting procedures. They protect the interests and preserve the rights of all parties involved in a construction project, without assigning undue risk to any party. Developed in a collaborative environment between private and public owner representatives, architects, engineers and contractors, these documents allow for the serious consideration of the rights, interests and obligations of all parties involved in a construction project.
